About Coaching

Coaching is a powerful process in which you gain clarity about what you really want, about what stops you from getting it, about finding resolve to take action, and about establishing accountability so you do what you say you are going to do.

Through coaching, you can …

  • Be productive and in control of your time
  • Conquer overwhelm
  • Gain clarity about the next step in your career
  • Become the leader that your peers or employees look up to
  • Achieve a healthy work-life balance
  • Manage your habits
  • Gain the confidence to achieve whatever you want
  • Be at peace with who your are

the process

There are two fundamental aspects to coaching: who you are and what you do.

In the WHO, we work on increasing your self-awareness, we identify your values and we gain clarity about your life-purpose and your specific goals.

In the WHAT, we define clear actions that help you achieve your goals. We also look at behaviors that may stand in your way and learn strategies to overcome them.

So our coaching work together will focus on aligning the WHO and the WHAT so you get to act in coherence with your values, your purpose and your goals, and we create structures to insure accountability.

Program Structure

Foundation Session

We always begin with a special 2-hour Foundation Session in which we set the groundwork for our coaching relationship. We explore your values, your life-purpose and your long-term dreams. We also look at some concrete goals and challenges that you may have, which are possible coaching topics to address in future sessions. The objective of this extended session is for both of us to gain clarity and raise your self-awareness about who you are, who you want to become and what may be getting in your way.

Regular sessions

The regular coaching sessions revolve around a specific coaching topic that you want to work on – usually a goal, a challenge or an emotional state. We explore it deeply, and at the end I may give you an inquiry to reflect on, a challenge to stretch you or we’ll agree on concrete actions which will move you forward. Keep in mind that most of the work actually happens between sessions, and you get to do it.

laser Coaching Sessions

To complement the regular sessions, I’ve created unique ad hoc 15-minute Laser Coaching sessions to address unexpected or urgent issues or challenges that may arise between the regular sessions. The time constraint actually serves as an effective mechanism to help us focus sharply on a topic. These sessions have proven to be extremely useful and quite powerful.

That’s it ! It’s simple and yet very powerful.
